I love the idea of this ; but indeed, when you take sachets for to-go purposes, there's more plastic and waste. It seems everything is deco'd up and kind of a luxurious feeling product. I do not know the source of the turmeric more

These taste like the usual veg bouillon except it's less sour like the cheap ones. I appreciate it. I highly recommend using veg broth in sub of meat broths ; they taste so similar anyways.

This tamari is great tasting. It is a bit more sweet compared to soy sauce but gluten free for those who need it. Lasts forever.

Great value coconut oil. Appreciate that it's in a GLASS REUSABLE JAR instead of a plastic container! I use it instead of butter in baking mainly. Of course everyone knows about coconut oil's versatile uses and benefits.

This flour is reliable. Just make sure you add xanthan gum to baked goods or else they'll be hard and wont rise as much. The guide for how much xanthan gum to include is printed on the back of the package.
