I love the idea of this ; but indeed, when you take sachets for to-go purposes, there's more plastic and waste. It seems everything is deco'd up and kind of a luxurious feeling product. I do not know the source of the turmeric or jaggery nor the quality of both, it was tricky to tell.
The encouragement of including this in smoothies or hot drinks is a good idea but don't forget that turmeric can be very upset to the digestive system, and it did that for me. When I used it in baking though, it was brilliant. Added a depth of flavor that only turmeric can give.
