This is great in pancakes and baked goods. I like the taste better than other brands. Being gluten free it can be hard to find good tasting products.

I didn't like baking with it. The cake and bread didn't turned out great. If I mix it with coconut flour or almond flour, the recipe will be good.

I used this to make vegan gluten free cinnamon rolls. I would buy it again.

This flour is reliable. Just make sure you add xanthan gum to baked goods or else they'll be hard and wont rise as much. The guide for how much xanthan gum to include is printed on the back of the package.
It's fairly expensive but I'd rather have that than an upset gut and inflammation like with wheat flour.
