This vegan kit makes an excellent, umami-rich broth. You add the noodles and the veggies. The broth is so rich, in fact, that I added some of the noodle water, so though the kit is meant for one, it could easily serve two. more
This cheese WAS un-Brie-lievable. While a French person might not be fooled, I found this cheese absolutely delicious. It had the tang and sharpness of cheese. It was just marvelous. I can hardly wait to serve it to carnivores. more
