This is not a vegan restaurant, but I was wowed by the broccoli reuben, which
the menu said “could be prepared vegan on request.” Of course I did request it and it was delish. I may borrow the idea: it had red sauerkraut, broccoli and vegan cheese and Russian dressing. It was so good. #uplandspeak
