Wonderful summer fragrance! The perfume is concentrated (vs eau de perfume) which makes it long lasting, but subtle.  Add to your clothes and hair for an extra burst of fragrance.

I was thrilled to learn that Dove is a cruelty free product.  And happy to report Unilever, their mother company, also use alternatives to animal testing! 

These products are particular favorite - they do the job, they’re fragrant, and they’re a great price for any budget.

I shop cruelty free products, and found a great option that also manages dandruff.  It has a good lather, keeps hair light and bouncy, cleans without stripping, and smells fresh!  The conditioner treats dry tips without weighing down my hair.  

It’s not a bargain product, but it is a quality product, and lasts.  My hair stays clean if I decide to go a day without shampooing and it’s meaningful to me that I don’t support companies who think it’s ok to torture living beings.

GrubHub was offering a $5 promo off a $15 order.  I had never ordered from Smart Bowls before and this seemed like a good opportunity.  

I ordered the veggie burger with a side of seasoned fries.  The “burger” is actually healthy-sized falafels cut in half between a brioche bun, arugula, tomatoes, onions and a tahini-based dressing.  I removed the brioche bun to make it a vegan option.    

The dish was super flavorful and a great treat at the office on a rainy day.  My colleagues were commenting on how the aroma was making them hungry!

Smart Bowls has a menu fit for omnivores, and not exclusively a vegan establishment; but had a good number of vegan options I look forward to trying.  

I like supporting these restaurants whenever possible so they build their vegan offerings, and know there will be individuals who REALLY want those options!
