animalsvoices It's not a feeling. It's a fact. Every winner got their prize except me. Honestly, I don't need the gift, but it has been a really disappointing and frustrating experience. I gave the delivery company every opportunity to deliver the package, but they refused to. I spent my time and my energy writing many emails and making lots of phone calls to try to get the package, but the delivery company did never answer the phone. It was a horrible experience. They sent the package back to the sender. La Saponaria told me they would send me the gift again in January, when they got the package back, but they finally didn't send it and they won't. So I give up. I don't like to be treated this way.Reply
