VEGAN

Malaysia Airlines

From the airline 👇
• A vegetarian Chinese or Oriental style meal.
• Does NOT contain onion, garlic and any animal products or by-products such as eggs and dairy.

I had this almost a month ago on my flight to Kuching and looking back, I should’ve opted for this for my flight back again this week 😅 The #tofu and gravy was really not bad, honestly. Otherwise? It’s airline food and this is just #forthedollar 😛 #veganisnotscary

stevenneoh Do they give you a pack of raisins because they don't know any other way to do vegan dessert? 😏1 likeReply
dafnelately Funny thing, that. They seem to serve everyone the same dessert? For my VGML meal I got the same non-vegan cookie everyone else got too.Reply
veganniran I’m flying with Malaysia Airlines next month, and there was no option that says explicitly “vegan”, but when I Googled, it said Vegetarian Oriental Meal (VGML) is vegan though, and I went ahead and opted this. Keeping my fingers crossed. @stevenneoh Reply
dafnelately It used to list VGML as for those on a strictly vegan diet though 😮 VOML just happens to be #accidentallyvegan but it’s main draw is that it’s #alliumfree 😇1 likeReply
veganniran ^ I meant, VOML. Reply
