I've been waiting a long time to try the Mapo Tofu here, and I finally managed to try it! It was delicious, super soft silken tofu, and I loved the curry. It wasn't too spicy! I wish I had some extra brown rice to eat with more
This is Indonesian deep-fried tofu. I loved the size of the tofu - it was filled with lots of veggies, and the sauces were yummy. The chili sauce was really, really spicy, so watch out!
