Plant-based Butter Alternative

I bought this because my usual go to for plant based butter was out of stock,  this works but I do not like the taste at all.  It acts like butter and can serve as a decent substitute but I will not buy again.

My five year old ate this in a quesadilla and LOVED it!!! That says a lot.  Also, I loved it too- part of me had an initial thought when I first took a bite that I wasn’t supposed to be eating cheese, but I had to tell my brain to relax, it wasn’t cheese!  Yay!  We will buy again.
