What it smells like: a fluffy, fruity flurry.

Not a lot of vegan options but the salad was a good one. The two best parts were the watermelon radishes and the maple balsamic dressing. The tomatoes were juicy and shredded carrots were nice too.

I got this at the vegan grocery store outside of Buffalo New York a while back. This was very tasty. The consistency was a good one a little thick. It had a nice creamy sweet tanginess not only did I use it for a sauce. more
