This is so tasty. Gave it to my family they thought it was real fish. Taste just like fish fingers. The breading/crumbing adds a great texture. It has the salty fishy taste of the ocean and is so satisfying. Really easy to cook in three different ways with clear instructions. I miss fish and fish fingers since going vegan and this blew me away say goodbye to your seafood cravings. It's a great source of complete protein and unsaturated healthy fats. Ready to eat in 5 to 10 minutes so don't have to spend ages cooking in the kitchen. Enjoy with a quick easy vegan tartar sauce. The soy strips under the filling resemble fish in every manner minus the cruelty and animal bones etc. Highly recommended 10/10 I have this every time my non vegan family has fish for dinner.

This is great. One of the only companies I know of that makes a veggie capsule that is gelatin free. A supplement for omega 3 6 and 9 in a veggie capsule and made from flaxseed oil so 100% vegan. Very useful just to be sure you're getting those essential long chain fatty acids. 10/10 highly recommend to those starting out veganism who aren't sure if vegan sources of omega 3 6 and 9 or to those who just want to be sure they're getting those fatty acids.

Organic Flax Seed Oil

Great. I love having one of these every morning to wake up. Could be a little sweeter on its own but easily fixed by adding your own sweetener or sugar. 
They have other variants as well such as the vegan chai latte or the vegan hot chocolate which I personally adore. I think it's great they offer all these alternatives. They're simple and quick to make just add whit water. The tin variant is much more cost effective as you get more for the same price as opposed to the sachets. Highly recommended trying out Woolworths food instant hot drinks range 10/10

The pnp no name mayonnaise is vegan. They also have a reduced oil and extra creamy variant as well as a salad cream all vegan friendly as well. Tastes just like regular mayonnaise rich creamy and indulgent is great to make a dressing or to have with fake chicken on a toastie. Highly recommended. In addition it's cheap because it's a no name brand. Deffo recommend this next time you shop at a pick n pay. Great source of mono and polyn unsaturated healthy fats as well
