This is great. One of the only companies I know of that makes a veggie capsule that is gelatin free. A supplement for omega 3 6 and 9 in a veggie capsule and made from flaxseed oil so 100% vegan. Very useful just to be sure you're getting those essential long chain fatty acids. 10/10 highly recommend to those starting out veganism who aren't sure if vegan sources of omega 3 6 and 9 or to those who just want to be sure they're getting those fatty acids.
