After eating omnivore all my life I discovered in Africa how you can be well off with much less meat. After some years of eating vegan I came back to vegetarian.

This is a good replacement for minced meat. I used it for a sauce Bologna, and liked the taste a lot.
The texture would probably have turned out even nicer, had I stir-fried it a few minutes longer.
