This is a good replacement for minced meat. I used it for a sauce Bologna,
and liked the taste a lot.
The texture would probably have turned out even nicer, had I stir-fried it a few minutes longer.
5 stars for this tasty, time-saving product with lots of protein inside.

when I first found this fake minced meat and tried it, it tasted like cardboard
to me (2 years ago or so).
now i tried it again within a bolognaise sauce and it was much better. texture is really good.
it's a concentrate so you have to drench it in water.
