This was super impressive! Just how I remember feta, but better. Crumbly, tangy, full of flavor.
This made for an amazing Greek-style salad, that’s really all I used it on. Genius product, can’t wait to try the other flavors.

Far from the best, but not the worst.
Like a lot of vegan cheeze, it’s rubbery and doesn’t melt well. Has a weird soft feeling when it does melt. The flavor itself is mid, “cheddar-like” I would say

This one is gross, no sugar coating it. Rubbery, doesn’t melt, bland, vaguely cheese-like taste. The only time I enjoyed it was melted into a burrito, the less appealing aspects were hardly noticeable at that point.
