Gardein crispy chik’n tenders are not awesome. They lack flavor and originality. My salad and sweet potatoes were delicious, though. 😉
Not a huge fan of tempeh. Maybe I need to make more recipes with it. This recipe was for mango ginger veggie rolls. It was very time consuming with all the cutting. The tempeh needed to be marinated and then baked.
This is a fabulous sour cream alternative! The texture and taste are very close to dairy sour cream. A wonderful vegan alternative that is much healthier and not one dairy cow has been harmed!
I made up a recipe for pan fried eggplant using Anthony’s Pea Protein, nutritional yeast, almond milk and always spices! Delicious! I highly recommend Anthony’s! Texture, workability and flavor all work well in cooking!
Who doesn’t love a excellent plant-based taco!! I could eat tacos everyday! The vegan tacos at Chaia were super delicious! The only downside was the cost, but we were in Georgetown so that’s probably why they were expensive.

Out of the three flavors of Country Crock plant butter- avocado, olive oil, and almond, my favorite is the almond flavor. I used this butter in a good old fashioned delicious recipe of apple crisp.
I do like this creamy vegan dressing and spread! The flavor, texture and look are terrific! I used it in my recipe for summer chickpea and dill salad! So yummy!
The Reuben and slaw was outstanding! The mac n cheese lacked flavor. A bit on the pricey side but very happy to support this restaurant that has so many wonderful vegan options!
My favorite So Delicious product is their unsweetened coconutmilk. Their cheese is ok in the way of flavor. The texture is great! Nutrition is lacking. This is a photo of my recipe of broccoli salad.
