Premium Pea Protein

I made up a recipe for pan fried eggplant using Anthony’s Pea Protein, nutritional yeast, almond milk and always spices! Delicious! I highly recommend Anthony’s! Texture, workability and flavor all work well in cooking!

Very good pea protein. Good to make your own burgers or to add to other dishes.
