This was DELICIOUS!! It was nice to see multiple vegan options on the menu. The tacos were filled with mung bean eggs, seitan chorizo and vegan cheese. A touch if pico and slice of avocado on top. The hot sauce was too spicy for me but the tacos didn’t need it. The flavor was savory and salty w/ the perfect crunchy corn taco. The side of home fries had the crispy bits I want with my potatoes. I will be back!!

I found this at my local Walmart so wanted to five it a try. The price was still moderate but I’m glad I picked it up. The tofu was the perfect firm texture to go with my rice and steamed veggies. The flavor was subtle, the pepper and lemon could have been kicked up a notch. But it was good, not bland tasting. The convenience if not having to marinate my own tofu from scratch is awesome.

I was excited to find these at walmart for a decent price. I’m still developing my tofu game and pre-marinated tofu seemed perfect, I was underwhelmed with the tofu. The texture was chewier than I wanted and tasted bland. I will not buy them again.

I LOVE this soup. It’s a bit pricey or it would always be in my pantry. It’s creamy, seasoned perfectly, and tastes delicious. I may see if I can create my own for less, but if you’re not interested in cooking I’d recommend this.

I used to always keep one of these in the freezer for those nights i don’t feel like cooking. It was a solid choice that satisfied me. Pad Thai is classic comfort food and Amy’s knows how to  deliver. But lately every time I’ve picked it up it’s been freezer burnt and the quality is poor. This is most likely more a retail issue than a manufacturer. So I would suggest if you want yo try this, purchase it at a store that has a higher turnover for vegan food than my small town does.

These are AMAAAAZING!!!  The candy aisle at the register is tough sometimes so I like to have a few of these on hand to satisfy my sweet tooth. If caramels were and old favorite of yours these will bring a guilt free smile to your face. The coconut flavor is mild, I had to think about it, but I really like coconut so barely noticed.

I love the vegan sofrito option Chipotle offers for their burrito bowls. There is a nice depth of flavor in the sauce they cook the tofu in and it’s not too spicy which is a must for me. I also noticed there’s a bunch of copycat recipes online, so I may ￼try to make it at home. I definitely recommend going to Chipotle!

So good!! It really hits the spot. You barely peel the wrapper before these disappear and I only get my hands messy one out of three times. 
Back in the 90’s they were one of the few options out there and a popular potluck item in my crowd. I may revive that!
