not sure why but the smell of it reminded me of chicken stock 😂 nevertheless it was a rather yummy veggie stock and I love how low in sodium it is! quite light tasting while being delicious 😋 added it to sauces to enhance their flavours

My go-to stock cube. Very low in sodium and it’s also gluten free. Always has a nice taste and can even be used to make a mug soup.
This adds loads of flavour to my dishes. I like using it to cook lentils in particular. A more expensive option but really nice!

I find these stock cubes really useful to add to lentils, risottos, and bean dishes. The taste is not overpowering but provides a richness to the kind of dishes that need to simmer for a while. The low salt appeals because I like to be in control of how much salt is being added to the cooking. These little cubes are simple to prepare - just crumble and add boiled water, stir until mixed. They don’t have any artificial flavours, colours or preservatives. Handy to have in the cupboard as you don’t always have time to make a stock from scratch.
Has little veggie flakes. Made lentil vegetable macaroni soup with this, added sesame oil, soya sauce and vinegar. Not salty. The soup tasted quite hearty, but not sure if it could have been the lentils and onions.
