Oat Drink

Oat milk is the best! A creamy taste makes this perfect for having in my oatmeal in the morning, and with the added calcium you get most of your RDA of calcium in one bowl. I like the the fact it has added vit D too, and the packaging is aslo nice. The only potential issue with oatly is that I recently heard that they sell their leftover/reject oats to pig farms, effectively making them part of the animal agriculture industry. This is something I'm going to have to look into.

This is a great unscented, natural & eco friendly deodorant in recyclable paper/cardboard packaging. It does the job and is a handy little size. The only con is that it's £7 for a small stick which barely lasts for 1 month with daily use, so it's a bit on the dear side.

Some people I know hate these steaks because of the unique, artificial flavour they have. I personally love the flavour, despite it being somewhat artificial. Ready to eat after frying for a few mins and packed with iron, protein & B12, these steaks are a good example of the qualities that all flesh imitation products should have.

A creamier and slightly less tangy alternative to Hellman's vegan mayo, which no vegan should be buying as Hellman's are owned by Unilever who are massive animal testers

Vegetable Chilli

One of my staple meals is wholegrain rice with vegetable chilli, it's ready in 5 minutes and is a nutritionally well rounded meal. This vegetable chilli tastes good and is reasonably priced at £1.25 a can, although it used to be £1. It has a worse bean to sauce ratio than identical offerings from rival brands (e.g Stagg vegetable chilli), but the ratio isn't bad enough to put me off buying it
