I finally had tempeh after 3 long week of waiting, I couldn't find it anywhere, but yesterday I had the good idea to check out a Super valu nearby and it was there with my big joy 🤩🥳 so today I just made a salad with red cabbage, orange and walnuts on the side and enjoyed the dinner. 
This was my first time trying this brand and I will happily buy it again 😁👍

I love this healthy version of Christmas cake. It's a traditional Italian panettone but with spelt flour and agave syrup (no sugar!). Net year I am going to try the version with chocolate 😋 this is with raisins, also good!

I found this 100% peanut butter on sale in Tesco 😉 
The only thing I don't agree with is the choice to use a plastic lid.
