Delicious and can’t tell the difference when put in a real burger. It has a slight salty kick too, delicious. and it melts like real cheese 🧀 wish it could be slightly cheaper tho.

Red Velvet Tiramisu

Moist “lady fingers”, smooth and creamy with a slight tang reminiscent of cream cheese. Reminds me of the 12 cupcakes red  velvet. Not too sweet and delicious 😋

Blueberry-Thyme "Matured Cheese"

I loved the savoury flavour profile of the cheese. The blueberry bits were rather tart but provided freshness to the cheese . The thyme complemented the the cheese and added a savoury, herby flavour to the cheese. Really good with some smoky vegan deli, a touch mayo and paired with wine. I do wish they didn’t use so much fresh thyme to coat the outside of the cheese because it gave the cheese a very gritty texture and weird mouthfeel when bits of thyme were left behind. Maybe using powdered dried thyme and sparingly fresh thyme would have made it perfect.

Black Salt Powder (Kala Namak)

This is such a handy vegan staple. It has a eggy smell and flavour. I add it to my tofu scramble to make it taste more like eggs and also when I’m preparing mock meats to give it a more interesting flavour. Its subtle and so value for money. $1!

However they did remind me of skinless chicken franks. They are satisfying in flavour and texture but probably would only get again for an occasion.

Level. Mushrooms soaked up all the curry flavours and added nice pops of juicy freshness with the basmati rice. Nicely fluffy with crispy onions on top.

Mixed Mushroom Pizza (Veganized)

Super delicious. It was on the pricey side but I had this when they had 50% off on their mains. The crust is nice crispy and toasty and their toppings were abundant and fresh. Cheeze was nice and stretchy. Would recommend this place for group outings as they do have omnivorous and gluten free options. Really inclusive and delicious.

The Ice Cream & Cookie Co

We use a coconut milk base, unrefined raw cane sugar, and vegan pure cocoa powder to produce our uncompromisingly decadent dark chocolate ice cream alternative.

Vegan Dark Chocolate Ice Cream

Not great. Was not creamy and dark chocolate flavour was not rich. Didn’t satisfy my cravings. Much better options available for this flavours elsewhere, from other brands. Would not get again.

Cacao acai

It was ok, it was the nicest açai I had before trying project açai. The açai iwas slight crunchy in texture as thought it had not been blended enough.The toppings we’re muddled up during delivery so it didnt look to visually appealing. More expensive than project açai.

If I’m not wrong they uses apple juice :)

It is so delicious. Was obsessed the moment I took my first bite. It’s fresh it’s smooth,fruity  and the creaminess of the almond and cookie butter just complements the freshness so well. I checked if they had added sugars, they said no... but it was really sweet. So nutrition wise I’m not sure.
