Although I prefer to get my protein from whole food sources, I enjoy the flavor of this protein powder more than any other I have tried. I will mix in matcha and Amla powder and it tastes delicious!

I enjoy adding this pure vanilla extract to lots of things oatmeal, nice cream, and in anything where I want to add flavor without adding calories. Of course, it’s in virtually every baked good as well.

Frozen strawberries (and wild blueberries for that matter) are staples in my freezer. I have them with my oatmeal almost every day. This brand in particular seems to be one of the best I have tasted.
This ground ginger compliments the cinnamon and berries in my oatmeal quite nicely. There’s so much out there on the benefits of incorporating spices into most meals throughout the day. Again, nice to find an affordable organic spice.
