Not to sweet. The cream inside was very delicious. (A bit like prinzenrolle ;)).

Tastes a bit like mild full-fat cheese (Butterkäse) to me. But very good.

Very good alternative for Parmesan cheese. (But very salty - wasn’t too salty on the pasta though. Maybe it’s better so use less salt for the sauce if you use this cheese. )
