I'm not always into popcorn, but when I am I get skinny pop . A nice light buttery flavour , just enough flavour to keep snacking until the bag is gone . 😋

This is the second can of Sprague Chilli I have tried . And honestly for 1.20$ a can , these are really good . I will definitely be filling my pantry .

These are such tasty snack bars . They remind me of a blueberry muffin, a perfect way to start the morning .

Was happy to find a vegan dish at this restaurant, there is not alot to choose from but the staff were very helpful in making sure my dish was vegan . This is a pad Thai and it's not to spicy, I also added tofu for extra.

These are great tasting crispy squares , chocolaty and soft . They are nut free incase of an allergy and they are made in small batches .

Sloppy joe mix in a can , kinda cool . I found it to be a little bland but after heating it with some extra Chili powder and some onion and garlic it's not bad .

These ready to eat canned beans are very tasty, I added yves veggie dogs to it and served over rice , a recipe I had at a potluck last week , it's a great simple meal high in Fibre and protien .

Red swan only really has one vegan option , veggies and vegan cheese , but it is delicious and you can really customize your veggies however you want . I always order the vegatarian pizza with vegan cheese because it's cheaper more

This plant based spread tastes amazing , so creamy , soft and full of flavour . It says it's a spread but I often just eat them as is .

These are fantastic tasting and have great texture , I actually miss it when they used to sell these at a & w restaurants . But luckily I can still have them at home #veganchicken
