The brownie was good, but different. I think it was a raw vegan brownie so it had an interesting texture but it still tasted good and so did the gelato! #vivavanderbilt

This cheesecake was amazing. It was super rich though so I took half of it home to have the next day. It had fruit on top that was a nice addition for different flavors. #vivavanderbilt

This burger was really good! The party stayed together well which can be a challenge in vegan burgers. The aioli, beet ketchup and coconut cheese were all delicious and creative! #vivavanderbilt

These were a daily special and they were amazing! They were herbed and they came with a dipping sauce. The dipping sauce was a little spicy but it added a nice flavor. #vivavanderbilt

This is a plate of vegan cheeses that they make there. They were all really good and the jam was good too! I just wish you didn’t have to ask for more bread. #vivavanderbilt

This salad was so good!! It has avocado on top which was the first thing I noticed and made me even more excited about it. The croutons were amazing and tasted fresh. I really enjoyed the dressing even though I’m not usually more

This kale is a side dish and is amazing! Greens like this can be hard to cook well but they accomplished it, with the kale cooked perfectly and the perfect amount of garlic. #vivavanderbilt
