I got myself a small casserole from Lakeland’s in Cheltenham and made my first ever sausage casserole, used Richmond’s Vegan sausages, broccoli, cauliflower, kale, carrot and leek with a little garlic powder and a powder more
I just tried the sausage rolls they are yummy as a snack or with a salad as I just had for lunch.

I tried the Marks and Spencer’s Plant Kitchen Lentil Shepherds Pie. Which once again was amazing also very easy to cook you microwave this in minute’s. I did it with Sweet potato mash, carrot and cauliflower. But have learned more

I made the Holy Trinity Louisiana Gumbo from the BoshTv chefs tonight. I halved the ingredients as on the YouTube video it looked way to much and I think the full menu is for 4 people. It is amazing it is also easy to make more
