Vegan and cruelty free eye cream. I haven’t noticed a difference in my under eyes from using this. The formula is nice and lightweight and it dries quickly but for the price I hoped for a better result.

I’ve found Niacinamide to be a really good ingredient to have in my skin care regimen to help with breakouts. This is an affordable serum that’s easy to apply. The main down side I’ve found is that it doesn’t always sit well under make up.
