Recommended by my friend that this is a must-try, and my husband really enjoyed it 😍 the sauce was sweet & savoury, crispy on the outside and has a great chewy texture. Love the effort to mimic “bones” using Sugar cane.

Piping hot & crispy outer layer with an almost melty tofu interior, I enjoyed this dish a lot! Several places often offer cereal dishes with milk/egg, but I was pleasantly surprised because this was vegan in Mother Earth’s menu 😍

Perfect example of how our favourite familiar dishes can be replicated with spices, seasonings and textures, without using animal ingredients 😍👍🏻 very comforting bowl of soup 😋 highly recommended!
