This tomato paste is a perfect consistency and taste, not overly acidic. Love using to bump up my pasta sauce or in making fresh bruschetta with tomatoes and basil

Love this dressing on salads, both veggie & fruit. Especially good on strawberry spinach salad!

Definitely recommend for folks who watch their glycemic index in the am, super protein/fiber ratio. I’m able to count on my blood sugar remaining stable til lunch when I choose this breakfast
