A little tough on the outside, but still delicious. Great to have as a meal or in a wrap or sandwich.

I love fresh made hummus and this may top my favorites. Again, a very simple, light dish perfect as a side or appetizer.

I added tempeh bacon, onion, and extra tomato. Tofu was a little chewy, otherwise a fantastic medley of flavors!

I added chocolate help protein when I got it. I nearly drank it all before starting my meal!
