Una versione plant based del tradizionale vitello tonnato piemontese, quanto mi mancava!! Seitan della casa servito con maionese aromatizzata con capperi, olive, alga e Vuna. Buonissimo.
Zucchine impiantare con pastella di ceci (farina di ceci, acqua, sale, pan grattato).
Una buonissima sfoglia di pane carasau ripiena con pomodorini, pesto di basilico e cremisini agli anacardi. Da provare!
This is the best plant based tuna I have ever tried! I had some before that literally tasted like cat food, but this one honestly tastes like real tuna and it’s a great addition to sauces and salads.
