I liked this dish, even though it seemed a bit random! I'd say it's more of a sharer, though, because too many #peanuts become a bit monotonous. The spinach had a nice bite to it!

Very nice noodles, especially to pair with a spicy dish! I love sesame and you can't really go wrong with carbs🥰

Fideos con salsa de sésamo

A good amount (I had already eaten some when I took the picture!) of spicy and savoury mapo #tofu that you can have without meat on request. I paired it with some noodles and really enjoyed it! Fu is the most authentic Chinese restaurant in Coruña and I really like exploring their menu, with several vegan and customisable options.

I'm gonna try to go back to posting, finally! Today I discovered this vegan restaurant in Ourense, with many original options. These ribs are very tasty and tender, and I loved the presentation. Potatoes were homemade, and it comes with Padrón peppers too.

The presentation was beautiful and it was loaded with mushroom and veggies, but ironically the mushrooms were the thing I enjoyed the least: they had been cooked in too much tamari and were way too salty, so you really needed the veggies to take the taste out of your mouth. Also, the original dish is not vegan, so make sure to ask for the vegan option and you will get those veggies instead of an egg. Price was €10.25.
