wow amazing! 🤩 10” housemade dough with italian & garlic seasoning, butter, mozzarella, cheddar, parmesan — all vegan & tastes fantastic! ❤️🔥❤️🔥
“Crispy rice with soy protein, organic tofu, shiitake mushroom, black fungus, napa cabbage and vermicelli.” – i thought that this was just alright, did not enjoy it as much. think it’s missing more flavour & seasoning 🧐
nice crisp on these wontons but they were really really small. had very little fillings in each of them (soy protein, jicama, carrots – wish there were more of them!
this was not bad but definitely could’ve used more salt, seasoning, spice
bland, no seasoning or sauce at all…did not expect this, could’ve had just a simple soy sauce as the base. small portion for the price as well
so good to eat this after long hike at nearby Pinnacles National Park! this sushi roll was yum! it had deep fried vegetables, avocado, cilantro & comes with ponzu sauce

this restaurant also operates under the name “Mai Thai Cuisine” – this fried rice was yummy! and may not seem like it in this photo but there was a ton of fried tofu chunks so i appreciated that 🥰
“Soybean strips with bell peppers, bean sprouts, onions and green onions sauteed with special spicy sauce.” —taste was not bad but expected way more veggies!
“Stewed brown tofu with mushroom, carrots and baby corns sauteed in black bean sauce.” — okay this was actually simple but so tasty! huge portion, plenty of veggies, & the sauce was a nice kind of savory & slightly sweet ☺️
