Really flavoursome and smooth. Honestly wouldn't have a clue if it had dairy in it or not! Up there with the best I've had in terms of "milk" chocolate that's vegan.

The garnish was fantastic. The pickled ginger and daikon. I found it a little sickly and the sauce made the tots very mushy. Maybe better to have the katsu sauce as a dip? Flavours great tho
Lovely crunch on the outside and tasty hotdog + smoked cheese. Soy glaze was beautiful
