I live in N. California but used to live in LA so I miss all of the plant-based restaurants/products! I have a B.S. in Environmental Science & M.P.S. in Wildlife
I didn't like the flavor of this, it tastes fake, whatever they used for the cheese is nowhere near as good as the Daiya boxed vegan macaroni with a squeeze cheez pouch. It is a decent source of protein, carbs and fat but more
According to Barnivore this yummy Argentinian Malbec is vegan friendly. I enjoy the flavor and even more than that enjoy that there was a great price at a local market, making this red an affordable delicious option.
This pasta is very good, I really like fettuccine and linguine better than spaghetti for some reason. The box says to cook 12-13 minutes for al dente but I disagree, I boil the water then add the pasta and once it's completely more
Totally plant-based Italian inspired pasta with lentils, bell pepper, garlic, Italian dandelion greens, crushed red pepper, olive oil and salt. It could be paired with white wine but I'm a red fan!
I soaked green lentils more

I really enjoy colored bell peppers instead of sticking to green. I find orange and yellow especially enticing.

Local fresh vine tomatoes are super yummy. These may have been made in a greenhouse since it's so early in the year. I love to smell the tomato when I first remove it from the vine it has such a lovely enticing green, earthy scent.
Zesty Cheddar Style Deluxe Cheese Sauce is great for burritos, tacos, or nachos. A fair warning that it's pretty spicy so if you prefer to dial it down and add your own spice I suggest you get the plain cheddar style. This more
Organic Girl Baby Spring Mix is great for salads but I also use it as a topping on sandwiches, wraps and burritos. The packaging is not only recyclable but already recycled. Super healthy because it's a huge mix of green more
