I had a selection of focaccia (artichoke/pesto) and a slice of farinata at Life’s a Peach in Utrecht and all I can say is wow! Everything was so tasty. The pesto focaccia was topped with an incredible vegan mozzarella so more
This wrap was incredible! It was a huge portion and so filling. The tofu scramble was cooked to perfection which was great, as sometimes I can find it a bit hit or miss.
