Review of Tendres Carrés De Blé Aubergine, Poivron, Basilic - Céréal Bio by chiaraclaire

Not my favorite product of this brand but still does a nice job. It is made of seitan, eggplants, red peppers and basil. I love eggplants but maybe I wouldn't put them in this kind of product.
I think next time I'll smash this and use it to cook a vegan bolognese.
