An amazing meat alternative if you're in France where there's not so many. Tastes great

on its own, on some toast or with vegetables. Each serving contains 14g of protein which is a definite plus. Except for wheat/oat, it doesn't contain any common allergen (no soy, no pea protein).

Très bon, riche en protéines. Bonne texture et épices.

Pas degueu, pas gégé non plus. On fait pas la fine bouche en ce moment.

Not my favorite product of this brand but still does a nice job. It is

made of seitan, eggplants, red peppers and basil. I love eggplants but maybe I wouldn't put them in this kind of product.
I think next time I'll smash this and use it to cook a vegan bolognese.
