Another one that you can add a note to make it vegan! ☺️ I was happy to see this on the menu as a lot of agedashi tofu isn’t even marked as veggie… I just adore silken tofu 😋 The sauce here was thick and more glutinous than I’d tried before, I could see why it’s not everyone’s cup of tea, but I personally loved it and thought it made the dish really substantial!
