Also known as Steamed Rice Rolls. Steamed rice sheets were filled with soy-based pork-less grounds, shallots, king mushrooms, shitake mushrooms and wood ear mushrooms. They were topped with steamed bean sprouts, locally grown cucumbers, mint, and fried shallots. Served with a side of phish sauce. These were amazing. The filling was very flavorful.
