Spinazie & cashew girasoli vegan

Normally I am not that big of a fan of filled pasta, but this was quite good. convenient if you are in a hurry. Great Jumbo added another easy vegan dinner to their product range. #girasoli #jumbo #pasta

Yummy soft pillows of vegan pasta with spinach and cashew. Very simple and quick to prepare. A nice easy dinner served with either a pesto or tomato sauce with grated vegan cheese. A keeper probably the best I’ve tried but not hard when trying to find fresh filled pasta.

I love them! It's not the first time I try a vegan ravioli and these are definitely my favorite ones so far! Nice combination of spinach and cashews, the filling is not too heavy but still smooth and really similar to the ones with ricotta. Very positively impressed 👍
