I made a dish using taco mixture. I washed and chopped some mushrooms in half, put them in the pan, fried them off with butter (so they stay moist) and added some taco mixture (it was vegetarian). It gave the mushrooms a lot of flavour. Then i poached 2 eggs, and toasted 2 slices of bread. I put an egg on each slice and put the mushrooms on the top. I wish i took a picture as that was one of the best dishes i have made. Everyone should try this😍
