Vegan Cheese Sauce! I made this amazing vegan cheese sauce after watching Healthy Vegan Mama on YouTube. OMG. You can put this sauce over anything you like, potatoes, veggies, nachos…it is so good, so amazing. I keep some more
1/2 cup cashews unsalted
1/2 cup white beans
2 cups vegetable broth
6 tablespoons nutritional yeast
4 tablespoons instant mashed potatoes (vegan)
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 1/2 tablespoons white miso paste
1 tablespoon smoked paprika (make sure it’s smoked and not regular paprika)
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1/4 teaspoon turmeric
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon onion powder
Blend on high 3-4 min and your vegan cheese sauce is ready to enjoy!!!! 2 likesReply
