I made a Vegan frittata using JUST egg plant based scramble… I used crumbled kettle cooked potato chips because I ran out of whole potatoes 😂.
I seasoned the scramble to my taste and cooked about 3 minutes on the stove more
Tastes like the original McDonalds chicken nuggets* (no offense to my beloved Vegans) but has the compassionate release of animals!
I baked them in the oven on a pan with an aluminum foil sheet (recycled after). The nuggets more

First Vegan Tikka Masala I’ve been able to find. Taste great with extra firm Tofu (slow simmered).
Three words: Just try it! 🙂 ...good texture and flavor, stands up to cooking, carful with the sausage though; it crumbles if cooked in a stew or sauce too long, so add it last. ...🙏🏽
