Wow. The portions are enormous, the “chicken” is so similar, and the menu—served all day—has so many options. I like more greens in my pesto, but these noodles slathered in a cashew sauce didn’t disappoint! #SUVegan

Yum yum yum lunchtime buffet, with so many veggie Indian options. The friendly waitstaff will happily point out everything vegan, and the grilled and spiced aubergines are always mouthwatering! #SUVegan

This place makes magical ice cream with local natural flavors based on the season. Try the pine in December, the persimmons in February...and it’s a short walk from Seattle University! #SUVegan
