Love it’s fudgy texture with a food bite from the almonds! Kind of like eating brownies but packed with protein and other good stuff 👌🏻

Love how crispy these are!! It’s a good mix of fruits and veg too. Personal favourite from this mix are the star fruit and cherry tomatoes! Never actually had whole cherry tomatoes in air-fried form and they’re super light & crisp.
Really great for baking, adding into creamy sauces, and for nut milk (of course!!). Just requires good mixing since like most nut butters/nut based-products, oil separate happens. But love that it’s shelf-stable.
Really creamy but not too rich like coconut milk/cream-based ice cream. This is more on the dark Choco side but not bitter and sweetness is just right! Uses locally sourced cocoa powder for Auro Chocolate too!
This is my fave dish—the “pork” is like tempeh with some seitan in terms of texture. Really generous serving for a super affordable price. I always eat at this place whenever I’m in Taipei and they serve all Buddhist vegetarian more
