Used this cheese in a mac n cheese dish and it melted really well and had a great flavour however we are careful with these kinds of cheeses as coconut oil is so high in saturated fat. Wish they'd use a better oil

Well priced for such a big block. As with all tofu, I like to boil then bake it and throw it in every meal!
