I found that my favorite use for Just Egg is in my omelets. They turn out perfect! Just Egg takes a little longer to cook than eggs but I’m a fan of it - less room for error! I don’t think there will ever be a time where more
I used the Violife Parmesan in this Mushroom Carbonara for the sauce and sprinkled on top. It had a good taste, texture, and melt. It added a good flavor to my sauce but too much is definitely rich. I don’t think I will more
I haven’t found a dressing I love for salads yet so I always stick to my hummus and olive oil! You can’t go wrong with this one from Cedar’s - so yummy! #abillionxkinder
I loved the Sprouts Extra Firm Tofu in this meal!! I marinated it in teriyaki sauce before cooking it - it gave me crispy, caramelized edges! Perfect with some broccoli, mushrooms, Just Egg, and a bed of jasmine rice 😸 more

This Vegan Orange Chick’n is my favorite protein to use with my noodle dishes. It has a solid texture and a delicious sauce! The only downside for me is that it is not gluten-free. Highly recommend 😊
